William Leeds

Prior to founding Leeds Consulting Group LLC, Bill Leeds spent 20 years as president of The Leeds Company, a leading outbound telemarketing company specializing in testing messages and developing business prospects for its high technology and healthcare clients. Bill has an MBA in marketing from UCLA and is the co-author of three books on telemarketing, including the best selling Power Selling by Telephone. His extensive experience includes 35 years of market research, marketing strategy planning, and sales and marketing management for leading high technology companies. This has included proving the dramatic return on investment from the processes for sales territory management and lead generation now used by LCG to assist its clients.

Doug Kisker

Doug has a proven track record in science and healthcare and business process management, having experience in laboratory management and business processes for many years. His capability, prior work with LCG, and past experience, have proven his ability and integrity. Doug has an MBA from Seattle University where his focused studies included management, market research, and sustainable business operations.

Joel Rosenberg

Joel was the Founder and CEO of Rich's High Technology Guides, tracking the high tech industry in California beginning in 1983. Rich's print and web products were the leading high technology business information source in California. After leaving Rich's, Joel headed an on line web traffic consulting firm. He brings to LCG an unparalleled knowledge of business development and understands the strategic building and management of timely and accurate information essential for making critical sales and marketing decisions.

John Masters

With over 30 years experience in marketing and business development, John has been a top producer in fields ranging from high technology to financial management and executive recruiting. His ability to create and implement programs that deliver desired results has been carried through to LCG's clients on a consistent basis.

Sallie Damberg

Ms. Damberg has been with LCG for three years. Prior to LCG, she was Director of Marketing for The Marlo Group in Los Angeles and was responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives. She helped create physician and patient education videos for pharmaceutical and medical device companies and hospitals. Ms. Damberg earned her BA in Communications from Washington State University.

Rich Menear

With more than 15 years of experience in outbound sales, business development and lead generation, Mr. Menear has served a wide variety of roles, including general partner at Abacus Financial, outbound telesales/account manager for Full Spectrum Lending (Countrywide Home Loans), outbound telesales and underwriting manager for Conseco Finance, and senior telesales account executive for Visa and MasterCard private label division.

Donald Carmichael

Project Lead for LCG last 4 years. Prior 5 years owner and CEO of Advance Training and Technology Management Co. which developed training packages for engineering groups with a leading aerospace manufacturing company in the Northwest. Background includes 20+ years project management commercial and residential construction. Ten years active duty military (Navy Seabee's). Education — Computer Technology, Electronics, Business and Project Management.

Morgan Clark Menzel

Morgan Clark Menzel brings over 15 years of experience in telemarketing strategies and project management. She has proven success in implementing telemarketing campaigns ranging from Networking, Telecommunications Hardware and Software, Internet-Based Solutions to Healthcare. As a Project Manager with Leeds, she created and implemented profitable projects including research and development of telemarketing strategies, reporting procedures, managing client databases, and maintaining successful client relations. She was a Senior Manager of Telemarketing Services with El Camino Resources, LTD. (a premier IBM business partner) where she partnered with all business divisions to assess needs and provide telemarketing services. She developed and implemented a sales tracking procedure to certify telemarketing referrals for a successful "done deal" ratio and increased sales dollars for every division within the company.
